Such a fab morning networking today hosted by @the Such a fab morning networking today hosted by @thebusinessnest . @declutterroxify was a hilarious speaker, making us all think about how many mugs we own 😆

It was also great to check out the new co-working venue (with in-built nursery) opening soon @mylittleboardroom (I wish it had been around when mine were that small)

So many great and inspiring women present and I loved everyone sharing their wins of the month. When you run your own business you often forget to celebrate the little wins, so this was a great to celebrate everyone’s success.

I fear my husband has upstaged me once more 🤣. I fear my husband has upstaged me once more 🤣. But I often describe myself as having 100 tabs open in my head. And today my head pinged awake at 4am with so much pinging away in the early hours! I had to write them down before I could go back to sleep.. anyone else do this?

I was diagnosed with ADHD at Easter and I have been told after diagnosis your symptoms can get worse as you unmask more. And I do feel like this is me at the moment. For a lady who likes to be organised and let’s face it, in control, I’m driving myself around the bend. While trying to remind myself to be kind to myself and that it’s also the beginning of the school term which is always an intense time and hopefully things will settle.

Any people who have been diagnosed with ADHD a while have any tips for a newbie?

I did it! I passed another martial arts grading (m I did it! I passed another martial arts grading (my 5th). So grateful to be on this journey and to have made some wonderful friends along the way too (shout out to @smileswithanita and @rmhharris who I graded with today).

Bodhi also graded with me and we are both now gold belt senior. It’s always hard, exciting and exhausting - grading. A friend described it like a class on steroids and I think that’s a pretty fair description 🤣

Onwards to my next adventure on this fitness adventure of mine and learning about myself all the time.

A special thanks to @simonobrien2020 and @berkshire_martial_arts

What a fun night we had last night and what an amazing feat by @alittlebitoflottie to pull off this evening at South Hill Park.

It was funny, heart-warming and a prime example of women lifting others up. Also a special mention to @its_millys_house who was a fabulous co-host too.

A light-hearted but in my opinion important reel. A light-hearted but in my opinion important reel. As a mum raising two boys I feel it’s our job to challenge fragile masculinity that is often so damaging. And I also know you love my husband guesting in my content every now again 🤣

As well as a shout-out to him today. 2.5 months ago he was made redundant and today he started his new job. Whoop! It’s been a bit of a tricky time, but also nice for him to have the summer off with the children. It is however a relief for him to now be back in work.

Don’t worry I will still rope him in for the odd reel 😜 but today is a little celebration of him and we’ll be going out to dinner on Saturday.
