Wow what a week! So good and so excited but I am a Wow what a week! So good and so excited but I am also very glad it’s the weekend too.

I spoke @fearless_networking on Tuesday and then in the evening ran my first planning call for my membership. I loved talking to everyone and how everyone was supporting each other on the call too.

On Wednesday I attended the @wellworkwokingham launch. Which is going to be a great destination for entrepreneurs and small business owners to co-work and collaborate. But I love the wellbeing and training elements included too.

On Thursday I ran a webinar on video marketing for a national charity. Talking about editing, techniques and the importance of video content (spoiler it’s not going away).

Then yesterday I just about managed some personal training before taking the children to see some fireworks.

What was the highlight of your week?

Thank you so much to @fearless_networking for aski Thank you so much to @fearless_networking for asking me to be a speaker today. There’s nothing more I love than talk about social media and my job which I love.

But I also love chatting and meeting with other entrepreneurs and small business owners. Who have amazing businesses, knowledge and passion.

I love that @vanillaessencestyle and @sallysingsandsews recorded a reel there and then. I can’t wait to see what you do next!

Special thanks to @terryjoshi for filming me too ❤️

Not everyone will want me as their social media ma Not everyone will want me as their social media manager and jokes aside that is totally ok. There are some other amazing social media managers out there, quite a few I am glad to call friends too. Different people suit different people.

Also you will never get hard sales from me. If I am the right person to help you with your business great I can’t wait to get started, but if I am not that’s totally ok too.

I am a firm believer in lifting each other up and by doing so we all rise.

PS - do you like my book book 😍 📚

Robyn @thebusinessnest and I talked about this at Robyn @thebusinessnest and I talked about this at our recent workshop. If you are not sharing on stories you are missing out on an incredible shout views on your page. But more importantly connection. Stories and DMs are where the real connections happen.

I will also really argue that you need the share some personal stuff, let people get to know the person behind the business. Don’t be afraid to share the highs and lows. They are important. People want to come along for you journey with you.

When the content you created needs no amends 🙌🙌 it’s the holy grail.

In all seriousness, I expect amends, typos are made sometimes, occasionally things need tweaking. It’s all cool and part of the job.

And content creation… it’s one of the parts of the job in my options.

What’s your favourite or least favourite part of social media?
