Welcome to the 45th monthly linky of Kids Love to Read, which if you didn’t make it last month you may not have seen that we now have two new co-hosts for the linky Acorn Books and Book Bairn. Thanks so much for stopping by and linking up! Acorn Book is taking a break this month, but will be back soon, as she is due to have baby number 3 any day now.

I am linking up with a book review on Science you can Eat which is a great book all about the science behind food and includes some great experiments too.

Last month my favourite link up was The Bear and the Fox Kids Book Bingo summer reading challenge – such a fun idea for the summer holidays. Book Bairn’s favourite was The Day the Crayon’s Quit by Rosie’s Library

We have a fabulous giveaway this month of The 13 Storey Treehouse by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton.

  2. Hello! If I was building a tree house I would like to include a mini fridge for snacks, a comfy bean bag, a radio and a bookshelf full of books – lovely!

  3. My 7 year old, Kylan says:
    “Lots of leaves around it, so then it’s all camouflaged as a normal tree. Then I would include lots of plants and I’d maybe include a telly or a PlayStation or something.”
