If you’re missing ice creams and lollies in this heat, then here’s a little something to cheer you up. You can easily make ice lollies with Cambridge’s Water Flavouring.

In fact, it’s so easy you don’t really need me to tell you how – but here you go just in case 🙂

All you need is Cambridge water flavouring – I went for Summer Berry flavour and water. If you’re on another diet you could just as easily do this with sugar free fruit squash.

To mix you just add one level teaspoon to a litre of water.

When it is mixed pour into ice lolly makers which you can buy from any major supermarket or of course good old Amazon. Any left over, you can enjoy as a nice summery drink.

And voilá, it’s ready to go into the freezer. Easy peasy.

Yes, these are baby ice lolly makers – they were all I had in it at the time but they still do the job ;). It depends on your freezer but mine took a couple of hours and they were good to go.

Enjoy!
