Controversial opinion, but if you stop posting, th Controversial opinion, but if you stop posting, there's a good chance people are going to think you've closed down. True story...

I know social media can feel super overwhelming sometimes, and if a low-touch strategy is all you can manage, that's ok, but so often now it's part of people's decision-making process.

People use social media to help them decide who they want to buy from, where they want to go and if they want to work with someone. Let me ask you, how many times have you done it recently?

Always here to hype up small business owners… alwa Always here to hype up small business owners… always 🙌🙌 (even if you did have a bit of an ‘accident’ 🤣)

Because we don’t need more corporate businesses who don’t pay taxes and want another yacht. We want people who are passionate about what they do and want to feed their families and pay for music lessons ❤️

Share with me a small business you have worked with lately and you loved what they do

I did something very different yesterday and so mu I did something very different yesterday and so much fun. Robyn @thebusinessnest organised networking @faceactivitycentre where we all got to have a go at archery and axe throwing.

Not going to lie, I was terrible at archery hit the board once 🤣 but I was much better at axe throwing… quite enjoyed it to be honest!

I always advise any small business owner to go networking, to help grow your business but also to make friends who get what you do. That understand and support you.

And the message is really true too. You are going to hit pitfalls in your business, it’s about getting back up and persevering until you get to the place you’re meant to be.

One of the things I hear again and again from smal One of the things I hear again and again from small business owners is that they don’t have time for content creation. Or just in general how time consuming it is.

So I am going to challenge you to start creating a bank of content each season you can use again and again, that will save you time.

Recording each of these things won’t take you long. Then create a folder and store them all in there for future use. They can be a folder on your phone or on Google, or both.

Then you can use them with text over and trending audio. Or with a voice over. Here are (more than) 8 ideas for you to work on over the summer holidays. Tripod at the ready or get your kids involved too.

Save this for future reference 💾

Ha ha ha don’t worry I always said i wouldn’t do b Ha ha ha don’t worry I always said i wouldn’t do body transformation posts and I stand by that. Because I believe all bodies are valid whatever size they are.

But… as I have said before… don’t come between me and my Diet Coke!! Never going to happen my friends.

There was a lot of hoo-ha (understandably) last we There was a lot of hoo-ha (understandably) last week about meta’s new AI feature. So I thought I would do an update about it and where we are.

Last week people auto-enrolled all public accounts into a new feature where AI could use your photos. The outcry was overwhelming people were angry and upset.

People were so unhappy that meta listened and took the feature down at the weekend.

But we can’t escape the growth in AI content. As you know I am not a fan… and truly believe human content is what is going to differentiate.

What are your thoughts?
