If you have a go tag me in it, I would love to see yours!

I don’t have a new Instagram update for you this w I don’t have a new Instagram update for you this week, but I do have a WhatsApp one. You can now save a username to your profile so people can find you by your name. Don’t worry there are some security measures if you don’t want just anyone adding you.

It’s not rolled out everywhere yet, but you can go and reserve your username so no one else gets it.

On this carousel I talk you through how to do that. Tell me will you be going and reserving yours?

I left my corporate career because I just couldn’t find a way to make it fit with being a mum too. And today was another reminder of why I do this. To be there and to be able to do things like this.

When you see posts that when you work with small business owners you are not paying for yachts and multiple houses, it’s so true. You help pay for things like this, and I am very grateful.

God end of term is a lot isn’t it? Sports days, ha God end of term is a lot isn’t it? Sports days, half days for heat waves, inset days, all the days. Trying to run your own business and today decided to chuck tooth pain in to the mix… fun times & emergency dentist tomorrow.

Do you know what the best medicine is? Other than a 10 day working week, free childcare, a personal chef and housekeeper… which I’m not going to get. It’s time to dance it out!

How are you finding this time of year? And also send me your best soft food suggestions and I am not allowed to eat anything that needs chewing at the moment

Here is some of my pet hard social media advice… come along and share yours with me and I will tell you if you need to Perry about them or not.

Stop overthinking! Spoiler…. The people that might Stop overthinking! Spoiler…. The people that might think you’re cringe…. They’re boring anyway. Just like the trolls on my last post, who wants their life? I want mine, where I am living my best one.

Yesterday I met up with @_natalie_lately_ I have been chatting to her online since before I had my first child (he’s a teen now), she gave me advice when we were debating IVF. We’ve stayed in touch ever since. Our lives have gone in different directions, there has been time when we haven’t chatted as much. But for about the past year we have chatted regularly again. Yesterday we met face to face for the third time. I could have decided that was too scary, what if she was a serial k1ller 😱. But instead I have a friend who I have been chatting to for about 16 years with similar tastes and interests to me.

Side note: I have a theory that social media friends are the new pen pals.

There are so many things that if I hadn’t done them my life would be worse off, and they were all super scary at the time. Another one recently has been going into the gym for the first time. Or years ago when I didn’t think I could talk on camera (yes really).

Come and share with me something that is scaring you right now and let me see if we can get you to brave it 🙌
