Saltrock Clovelly Knitted Cardigan Review

It’s that time of year when new knitwear is definitely required during your next shopping trip. It also makes a great Christmas gift I think too. I first discovered Saltrock when we were on holiday in Cornwall, as they are brand founded in Cornwall and now based in North Devon this is probably why. Their collections are very much inspired by the surf and coastal life. As it is one of our favourite holiday destinations, I always like clothes that make me think of holiday.

Today I am reviewing a piece from their women’s knitwear collection – called the Saltrock Clovelly knitted cardigan, it is a chunky great and knit cardigan perfect for cosy days and evenings.

It has pockets on both sides which I am always a fan of, great for chucking in a tissue or even your hands when they’re feeling a bit cold. The cardigan is a black and grey mix, which highlights the nice chunky pattern.

I always like cardigans like this as I think they’re great for cold days, but equally, for when the weather starts to warm up, you can wear it in lieu of a jacket. This is a fab little knit which make a great wardrobe staple for the winter ahead. As you can see I have teamed it here with a scarf and jeans but I think it would look equally good with a dress, so it’s a fab versatile piece.

*Disclosure: I was sent this cardigan for the purpose of this review and compensated for my time, however, all opinions are my own.
